Position Announcement: Early Childhood Coordinator

The Alabama Partnership for Children (APC), the state-level nonprofit agency focused on young children and their families, has an opening for an Early Childhood Coordinator (ECC). The ECC facilitates and coordinates community and family outreach for Strengthening Families and Help Me Grow Alabama, universal developmental screening and surveillance, and improved access to community resources and support. The ECC’s scope includes networking and assisting child care providers, partners, families, and service providers statewide, and coordination of First 5 Alabama, a professional association of early childhood professionals. The ECC position is full-time and minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a human services field, with experience in child care, training and professional development, and data management preferred.
